Joe is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University and has wide exposure working with elite athletes, ranging from high school to the NFL. Joe’s experiences have entailed collaboration with mental health professionals to promote mental health awareness, contribution to the design and execution of pre-draft interviews, and assistance in prospective player assessments. Joe’s first-hand experience as a former collegiate athlete, as well as a defensive backs coach and discipline counselor for a power division I high school in Ohio, allows him to bring critical insights to any athlete’s maturation. As a Player Development Liaison with ACE, Joe utilizes his mental health experiences and football knowledge to facilitate player development through advocacy of mental health support.
